About Your Host
Tai Thao is a licensed independent Medicare broker who helps Wisconsin families understand their Medicare options. Whether you’re turning 65 or already on Medicare, Tai walks you through your choices step by step in English or Hmong.
Tai knows how confusing Medicare can be, especially when English isn’t your first language. Tai helped both parents make sense of Medicare mail, make phone calls, and sort through choices about doctors, pharmacies, and prescription coverage.
At community events and in one-on-one conversations, Tai explains Medicare in plain language and gives you time to ask questions. There’s no cost to work with Tai.
